Using insights in the discovery phase, we present strategically informed mood boards to guide the direction of the design phase. Perspectives: Designing the Destination

Moving to Mexico re-affirmed what I already knew in my bones: that great design cannot be mass-produced. Both a memorable brand and a memorable stay come from how deeply they connect to the location, the culture, the history and the hands of the people who built it.
